Information practices
Privacy Policy.
A plain-language account of the data involved in browsing Wyoming trust research, using the assessment, and sending a consultation request.
Effective and last updated
Information you submit
A Free Consultation request includes the chosen trust topic, first and last name, email, an optional telephone number, the message, and affirmative consent to sharing. Answers in the Wyoming Trust Research Assessment remain in the browser; the assessment does not transmit or retain them.
Please leave Social Security and account numbers, medical files, identity documents, passwords, tax returns, and other highly sensitive material out of the initial form.
Technical and security data
To serve pages, deter automated misuse, and troubleshoot errors, hosting and security vendors may handle an IP address, browser or user-agent information, request time, referrer, requested address, and security-verification details. During a browser session, the site temporarily retains the first landing path, outside referrer, and standard UTM campaign values. Those limited referral fields may accompany a submitted consultation request so its source can be understood; browsing alone does not send them through that form.
How information is used
Form information supports delivery and response to the consultation request, identification of an independent attorney who may review it, understanding the research or referral path that produced a submission, abuse prevention, system security, legal compliance, and investigation of delivery or technical problems.
There is currently no newsletter or advertising-analytics program on the site. If either practice begins, this policy will be revised before the new use when applicable law requires it.
Retention and security
Consultation communications are kept only for the period reasonably necessary for delivery, administration, security, dispute handling, and legal requirements. The email services and independent firms involved may follow their own retention schedules.
Reasonable safeguards reduce risk, but no online transmission, email system, or storage platform is guaranteed to be completely secure. Sending only the limited facts needed for an initial inquiry is one practical safeguard.
Your choices
Requests for access, correction, or deletion may be sent to [email protected]. The available right, identity verification, and any legal exception depend on the request and the person's location.
Every public Wyoming research page is available without sending the consultation form. Browser settings may also restrict local history, cached information, or security-service cookies where those controls apply.
Other services
Any attorney or law firm that responds is independent and supplies its own privacy and engagement terms. Government authorities and other websites linked from the library likewise use their own security practices and policies.
